Corporate Culture
Values that are not put into practice are just words on a wall. The following four points are all reflected in our actual actions.
Quality First
Every data point in the quality assurance certificate must come from the inspection records of this batch. We would rather turn down an order than issue a certificate that does not match the actual goods.
Keep Promises
Delivery time commitments are based on production capacity and vessel schedules. Before scheduling production, we first verify a feasible delivery date; once committed, we track it against milestones through to vessel loading.
Share Risk with Customers
We get involved in material selection and standard confirmation at the early stage of the project, and clarify potential issues before quoting.
Long-Term Orientation
Export business relies on repeat purchases, not one-off transactions; customer technical requirements become feedback for improving our production and document management.
Four Points Reflected in the Process
| Values | Actual Practice | Verifiable Method |
|---|---|---|
| Quality First | Quality certificate data is taken directly from the inspection records of this batch, with no templates | Request the original inspection records for any batch |
| Keep Promises | Feasible delivery dates are verified before scheduling and tracked through to loading | Compare the contract date with the actual shipment date |
| Share Risk with Customers | Clarify potential issues (standard differences, tolerances, packaging) before quoting | Risk warning clause in the quotation |
| Long-Term Orientation | Customer technical requirements feed into the product and document improvement list | Check whether corrective actions from the last complaint have been implemented |
